tenfold in a five-year period by developing a team of over 100
consulting and technical professionals who assisted clients
in reengineering their business processes.

Directed all admissions operations for five
undergraduate colleges utilizing a nationwide alumni support
group of 1,500 volunteers in 110 local committees. Led efforts
to develop one of the first large-scale university-funded student
loan programs and increased student employment tenfold within
four years. Identified need for a new student information system,
secured funding, and supervised software implementation. Project
resulted in a dramatic improvement in service, accuracy of student
information and decision making. |
